中华人民共和国政府和格鲁吉亚共和国政府关于互免公务旅行签证的协定

中华人民共和国政府和格鲁吉亚共和国政府,为进一步发展两国的友好关系,便利两国公民的往来,根据平等互惠原则,经过友好协商,就互免公务旅行签证问题签订本协定,议定如下:
第一条
一、中华人民共和国持有效的中华人民共和国外交、公务、因公普通护照的公民和格鲁吉亚共和国持有效的格鲁吉亚共和国外交、公务、因公普通护照的公民,及其使用同一本护照的偕行人,在缔约另一方入境、出境或者过境,免办签证。
二、上述偕行人,仅限于护照持有人的配偶和未成年的子女。除学龄前儿童外,偕行人的照片应当贴在同一本护照中。
第二条 本协定第一条所述缔约双方公民,须从缔约另一方向国际旅客开放的口岸入境、出境或者过境,并应当依照该国主管机关的规定履行必要的手续。
第三条
一、缔约一方公民在缔约另一方境内逗留期间,应当遵守缔约另一方的法律和规章。
二、缔约一方公民如在缔约另一方境内逗留逾三十日,应当依照缔约另一方主管机关的有关规定办理居留手续。
第四条 缔约一方副部长级及以上职位的官员和军队将级及以上军衔的军官,因公前往缔约另一方之前,应当通过外交途径征得该国同意或通报该国相应主管部门。
第五条 本协定不限制缔约双方的如下权力:拒绝不受欢迎和不可接受的缔约另一方人员进入本国领土或者终止其在本国领土上的逗留,并无须说明理由。
第六条
一、由于公共秩序、国家安全或公共健康原因,缔约双方均可临时中止本协定的全部或者部分条款,但在采取或者取消上述措施前,缔约一方应当及时通过外交途径通知缔约另一方。
二、缔约双方经协商同意后,可采用互换照会的方式补充和修改本协定。
第七条
一、缔约双方应当在本协定生效前及时通过外交途径交换本协定第一条所述护照样本。
二、缔约一方如更新上述护照格式,应当提前三十日通过外交途径通知缔约另一方,并提供新护照样本。
第八条 在启用本国护照之前,格鲁吉亚共和国公民可持用原苏联外交、公务、加注“公务”字样的普通护照代替本协定第一条所述的格鲁吉亚共和国护照,但须注明“格鲁吉亚共和国公民”。
第九条 本协定无限期有效。
如缔约一方要求终止本协定,应当通过外交途径书面通知缔约另一方,本协定自缔约另一方接到通知之日起第九十一日失效。
第十条 本协定自签字之日起第三十日生效。
本协定于一九九四年一月五日在第比利斯签订,一式两份,每份均用中文、格鲁吉亚文和俄文写成,三种文本具有同等效力。如在解释上发生分歧,则以俄文本为准。

1. Short title.
Ordinance may be cited as the Pyramid Selling Prohibition
Ordinance.
2. Interpretation.
his Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires--

3. Offence of promoting a pyramid selling scheme.

4. Liability of directors, partners etc.
Where an offence under this Ordinance has been committed by a
body
orate or member of a body unincorporate, any person who at the
time of
offence--
in the case of a body corporate, was a director, secretary,
principal
cer or manager of that body corporate; or
in the case of a member of a body unincorporate, was a
partner or
ce holder in or a member or manager of that body unincorporate,
ho, in either case, was acting or purporting to act in
any such
city commits a like offence.
Where any person referred to in subsection (1) is charged
with an
nce under this Ordinance it shall be a defence for him to prove
that
offence was committed without his consent or connivance and
that he
cised such diligence to prevent the commission of the offence

5. Power to award compensation.
Notwithstanding any provision in any other Ordinance, where a
person
